(Open Port ) is an online community site targeted towards the IT professional audience, hosted on Intel's corporate website. Open Port launched on August 27, 2007 and is powered by the by (Jive Software's ) ClearspaceX community software. Open Port allows for Intel's internal product and technology experts to publicly post and host blogs, discussions, documents and public opinion polls similar to Microsoft's Channel 9. IT professionals who register to use the site can post responses to Intel's postings as well as generate their own discussion and post personal blogs to the site. ==Community Zones== Intel vPro Expert Center The Intel VPro Expert Center is focused providing information and best practices around Intel vPro processor technology.
